One governing document
Each promotion is governed by its own Official Rules. Until a promotion has a published version, this site says so instead of filling the gap.
Designed to keep the origin of every entry
The entry ledger is designed so that where an entry came from, when it was recorded and what its status is can be reconstructed, and so that no entry is removed in silence: a refund or a reversal is recorded as a movement of its own, never as an edit.
Ready for an independent administrator
The platform is built to hand the entry list of a promotion to an independent administrator. When a promotion states that its drawing is conducted by one, its promotion page says so and reports each step of the process.
